Lesson Recap/Q&A

Dr. Richard S.
In 45 days, I went from a nine handicap to a five! Definitely realized a major difference in my ability to score around the greens!
Allison B.
I have a much better understanding of how to execute my shots around the green. With more confidence in my short game, I am less intimidated of playing with my husband and his friends.
Wally S.
I thought I had a decent short game. After attending the school, I now have a real short game!
S. Kim
I learned more from one day at this school than I have from multiple private lessons. I was most impressed with learning how to make my practice sessions more effective.

WHAT THE BEST PLAYERS HAVE IN COMMON
Learn what five things the best players have in common and
what they've worked on to improve their skillset.
-
Patience Mindset: Understanding that improvement is a long game, not a sprint, and resisting the urge to force results. The best players have strong belief in their ability, paired with realistic expectations and an optimistic approach to the game.
-
Focus & Presence: Ability to quiet distractions, stay in the moment, and commit fully to each shot.
-
Self-Awareness: Knowing their strengths, weaknesses, tendencies, and triggers — and using that knowledge to make better decisions. Trial and error takes practice!
-
Strategic Thinking: Treating each round like a puzzle, choosing high-percentage plays over emotional reactions.
-
Routine Discipline: Developing and trusting pre-shot and post-shot routines—especially when pressure is highest.
